Check the incoming transaction

Paste the tx hash, mixer address, or your sending address into a block explorer. Fewer than 3 confirmations means the mixer has not received your payment yet.

Check the outgoing transaction

After 3 confirmations, look up your destination address. Payouts come from an unrelated address — that is expected. If the explorer shows the tx but your wallet does not, contact wallet support.

Verify the Guarantee Letter

Phishing sites may swap destination addresses while the letter looks valid. Always match addresses in the letter with your order page.

Verify the website URL

Check every character in the browser address bar. Use only links from our official contacts page and Telegram channels.
