Privacy is best-effort
No mixer workflow guarantees absolute anonymity. Analysis, address reuse, exchange policies, and user mistakes can still reduce privacy. We do not guarantee untraceable coins, a low AML score, or that third parties will accept mixed coins.
Do not send mixed coins straight to exchanges without understanding their policies.
Service limits
Fees, liquidity, delays, and limits can change. Always check the order page before sending. Network fees and confirmation times are not fully under our control.
Guarantee letter
The downloadable letter records order terms (deposit, destinations, fee). It is not insurance, a bank guarantee, or a promise of legal outcomes. Save it before you send BTC.
